You can apply for water sewer service through Blowing Rock by filling out this form. There is a $100 refundable deposit to set up the account: we accept cash or check in person at Town Hall (1036 Main Street, Blowing Rock) or through mail (PO Box 47, Blowing Rock, NC 28605). Your deposit is applied to your final bill when closing your account.
